Hiring Full-Time Property Manager (Waipahu)
Position: FULL TIME Property Manager
Location: Waipahu, Hawaii
Pay: Depending On Experience
Responsibilities Summary:
Under the supervision of the Portfolio Manager, for all phases of the operation of a property, including, but not limited to, the general administration and maintenance of the property, direction and control of all personnel and resources to the end that the property is maintained at all times in good physical condition with a stabilized fiscal operation. Ensure that all employees under your supervision are familiar with and understand the company's policies and procedures, safety and fair housing law guidelines and liability concerns.
Key Requirements:
o7+ Class A Residential Building with 400 units property management experience
oCollege Degree a plus!
oStrong computer skills: 55wpm, 10,000ksph, MS Word, and MS Excel.
oAbility to define problems, formulate and implement solutions.
oBroad knowledge of California Tenant/Landlord law and Fair Housing laws.
oPrior experience with on-site computer software or a willingness to learn.
oDemonstrates initiative, professionalism, integrity, and exercises confidentiality of all areas of performance
