Facilitate classroom training in a manner that promotes active participation, challenges status quo thinking, and encourages participants to stretch their comfort zones.
Develop and maintain an effective strategy that systematically assesses and develops the organization’s leadership competencies, enhances performance and supports business objectives.
Oversee the creation/selection of internally developed and off-the-shelf programs for leadership development; ensure that such programs are based on sound instructional design that promotes engagement and active learning.
Develop learning strategies and metrics that creatively address and measure on-going development needs; design approaches to high potential development at all levels in the organization through the company’s performance management system as well as other tools.
