Hawaiian Airlines Seeking Process Development Specialist

Hawaiian Airlines is looking for Process Development Specialist in Honolulu

1. Responsible for revisions to various Customer Service and Ground Manuals.

2. Works with stations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures by frontline employees.

3. Takes concepts and converts them to easy to understand written procedures for front line employees.

4. Facilitates meetings and workout processes.

1. Must have the ability to motivate personnel. 2. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects. 3. Must have strong initiative, be self-motivated with high energy and excellent interpersonal skills. 4. Strong understanding of sales and marketing promotions, travel agency relations, frequent traveler marketing programs and revenue management preferred. 5. Experience in technical writing preferred. 6. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 7. Experience in international reservations and ticketing, code share, ground operations and weight and balance knowledge preferred. 8. Airport computer system skills required. 9. SABRE computer skills preferred. 10. Must have knowledge in computers: MS Word (required), Powerpoint and Excel (preferred). 11. Must understand DOT/FAA/TSA relationship to airline. 12. Must be detail oriented. 13. Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent. 14. Prior airline experience required. Airport and/or ticket office experience preferred.
