Description:
Salary Grade 5. 1. Is responsible for managing, planning and coordinating all aspects of airport terminal ramp operations, passenger and cargo services. 2. Point of contact for all IAM matters for the designated work group. 3. Supervises and commands ramp security and safety activity during planned exercises or actual situations. 4. Is responsible to ensure station employees training requirements are met and completed as required by US Airways and Delta. May be required to conduct actual training at the station. 5. Serves as a liaison between Maintenance, In-Flight, Dispatch, Airport Services, Interisland Operations and Catering, relative to airport operations. 6. Is responsible for all administrative matters relative to terminal ramp operations and passenger, cargo services. 7. Responsible for US Airways and Delta Audits as required by the US Justice Department and FAA. In addition, US Airways and Delta internal audits as required. 8. Prepares employee work schedules according to aircraft schedule activity and IAM contract. 9. Performs other duties as required by the Manager-Contract Handling.
