Retail Website Store Lead (Honolulu, HI)

We are currently seeking a Retail Website Store Lead to join our creative and innovative team.

Primary Purpose:
Under the supervision of the Retail Website Store Manager, will assist in driving sales for the retail website store and consumer catalog business by providing exceptional customer service in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:
-Primarily responsible for recognizing, motivating, and training assistants to meet monthly store and individual sales goals through coaching conversations and monthly statuses.
-Provide exceptional customer service to website and phone consumers.
-Fulfill customer orders in a timely basis.
-Execute development of websites and consumer catalogs for seamless consumer experience while meeting branding goals.
-Assist in inventory and properly record all ordering and receiving of goods, price changes, handling damaged products, exchanged and returned goods.
-Use site metric tools to trace site traffic and performance
-Requires excellent oral and written communication.
-Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and interact with all levels of the organization.
-Ability to meet monthly deadlines.
-Assisting with administration tasks and other projects as assigned.

Working Conditions:
-Air conditioned office environment

Work Hours:
7:30am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday
Duties may require occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Equipment Used:
-General Office Equipment (Computer, Copier/Fax Machine, Phones)

Knowledge / Experience:
-5+ years of progressive work experience in retail sales and managing teams while focusing on delivering superior customer service.
-Strong sales oriented background is highly desirable.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Previous call center experience is preferred.
