The Kona Brewing Company currently has an immediate opening for a Pub
Manager for our Koko Marina location on Oahu. Ideally, candidates will
have at least 4 years previous professional restaurant management
experience.
After the Brewery and Brewpub's success on the Big Island, Kona Brewing
Company opened the Koko Marina Pub on Oahu in December 2003. This pub
displays gorgeous views of the Ko'olaus while looking across the docks
at Koko Marina on Hawaii Kai's Kuapa Pond. The restaurant is adorned
with ohia posts, koa wood furnishing and the unique use of brewing
equipment as functional décor. Unique gourmet pizzas, salads, sandwiches
and pupus, are created in our open air kitchen.
Purpose: To support the General Manager in creating and maintaining an
environment of aloha, integrity, and ohana among all staff with special
focus on excellence in guest service, employee relations issues,
training, and administration.
