A small, friendly, two doctor privately-owned practice with a current opening for a part time Veterinary Technician. We are seeking a positive and dependable team player, with a great work ethic, to be part of our team. Our office hours include: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-6pm, and Saturday 8am-1pm. Must be available to attend to boarding animals during closed hours Saturday evening, Sunday morning, and Sunday evening.
Veterinary technology experience or education is preferred to be considered for this position, however we are willing to train the right candidate. You will be assisting with appointments, admitting/discharging patients, nursing procedures, dentals, x-rays, filling prescriptions, educating clients, performing receptionist duties, and helping maintain clinic protocols and procedures.
