The ETC (Employment Training Center) of the University of Hawaii has two main locations. One at Windward Community College in Kaneohe and the other is next to Honolulu Community College. They also operate a satellite location in Kalaeloa at Barbers Point. They offer a great range of non-credited programs that can help jump start your career in a particular field. Tuition varies from program to program, averaging about $600-$800. In today's job market, it helps to have a certificate from a program like this.
