Local Wholesale Company Seeking Office Assistant & Clerk

Local wholesaler looking for FULL TIME OFFICE CLERK & ASSISTANT.


DESCRIPTION:
The position includes the following duties, but not limited to: invoicing, data entry, filing, answering telephones and greeting customers.

OFFICE HOURS:
Full time, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Energetic, self motivated individual
* Excellent communication skills
* Punctual with strong work ethic
* Be able to multi-task and work in fast pace environment
* Basic knowledge of MS Office
* Detail oriented and organized
* Proactive with “Can Do” attitude
* Ideal candidate should have proven longevity and loyalty in regards to past employment
