Kimo's is a fun, fast paced restaurant located on Front Street in the heart of Old Lahaina Town. We are currently looking for individuals to join our 'ohana for the following positions:

* GREETERS
* BUSSERS
* SERVERS
* PREP & LINE COOKS

Requirements for GREETER & BUSSER positions:

*No prior restaurant experience required although it is useful.

Requirements for the SERVER positions:

Applicant must be able to meet the following criteria:

* 1 year minimum food or cocktail serving experience 
* Must have open availability
* Customer oriented
* Work well under pressure
* Excel in communication skills
* Must be a team player
* Friendly
* Neat and well groomed
* Must be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding scheduling and attendance. 
* TIPS Certification is a plus.

For the PREP & LINE COOK positions, applicant must be able to meet the following criteria:

* Have previous restaurant experience 
* Moderate knife skills
* Ability to read and call out tickets 
* Ability to read and follow recipes
* Basic math skills
* Be able to lift a minimum of 20 lbs 
* Ability to communicate well with others
* Excel in teamwork
* Work well under pressure
* Have a high standard for quality 

A culinary degree is not required but a plus.

We offer competitive compensation. Kitchen wages are based on experience and may be up for review after completion of a 30-day trial period.

All applicants must be able to provide a negative TB test and proof of legal work authorization.
