Lahaina Sushi Ko Now Hiring! We are a brand new small 32 seat sushi restaurant/ bar located underneath the old Moose McGillicutties @ 844 Front Street in the heart of Lahaina Town.
Sushi Chef - We are looking for a talented Sushi Chef and a Sushi line cook that are passionate about Sushi and wish to continually grow in an ever learning environment. Looking for Sushi Chef w/experience with vegetable, maki, and nigiri with solid knife skills. Must be detail oriented, organized, and work clean. We are looking for Team players that know how to work well in a fast paced environment. Willing to train the right candidates. If you have tons of kitchen experience but limited Sushi experience and are passionate about putting out a great product, we would be willing to train you. Please apply!
Dishwashers -- We are looking for dependable full time dishwashers. Day and night shifts available. Must have working knowledge of three compartment sink washing techniques, be organized, and have basic knowledge of sanitation. If you want to learn how to become a great line cook and learn all about the kitchen from the ground up, this is the job for you. We promote from within our organization.
