JOB DESCRIPTION

o Coordinate and cooperate with Front Desk and Security staff for optimum guest/owner service
o Handle guest/owner luggage, in and out
o Deliver amenities, messages, dry cleaning, invitations and newspapers to rooms as directed
o Conduct showroom tour to clients as directed
o Maintain resort vehicles; fuel, wash, clean interior
o Assist with maintenance of porte-cochere/lobby for clean and orderly appearance
o Cross-train for other positions within the Front Office, as needed
o Perform other duties as may be assigned
